Payment, Delivery & Returns
Payment & Delivery
If you're local (I live in Shawlands, Glasgow), then collection of your finished pinata is preferred, and I'm happy to take full payment at that point. Cash is best for me, but a card machine is available - please request this in advance of collection. My home address will be given to you when we arrange a date / time for collection.
Rest of the UK
If you're not local, I can post the pinata to you for an extra charge of £7. Payment will be through PayPal, and is due before I start to make your pinata. If you do not have a PayPal account, payment can be made using your bank card.
The pinata will be sent using Royal Mail. Delivery is estimated at 1-3 days after dispatch, however, at times, delays are unavoidable due to bank holidays (both local and national), extreme weather conditions, strikes, or at busy times of year such as Christmas. The current pandemic is also having an impact on the postal delivery times so please be patient.
Please note that the pinatas will not fit through a standard letterbox. Therefore, if no one is in to receive the package, you may need to pick it up from your local delivery office.
International delivery is not available.
In the very unlikely event of a pinata arriving by post damaged, please contact me and send a photo of the damage. Please do not dispose of the item. I will then be in touch with you to resolve the issue.
As the pinatas are custom made for each customer, they are non returnable due to a change of mind.
If you decide you want to cancel an order, this will only be possible if I have not yet started to make the pinata. Please contact me as soon as you can to see if it is possible, and if it is, a refund will be issued (if the payment has already been made).
