One evening last week we headed to The Hidden Gardens in Glasgow to hunt for faeries.
Dusk was just starting to fall as we arrived in the gardens.
A lot of care and attention had obviously gone into preparing the area. There were lights next to the paths to help guide your way as it became darker.
The Gurdwara looked beautiful next to the gardens.
But where were they faeries? They were cleverly projected onto stones and tree trunks, and they were mesmorising.
It was difficult to catch just how detailed the projections were using a camera, especially as the figures kept dancing around. Some of them, like the ones above, were especially tiny!
My favourite, however was the faery in red. She danced to atmospheric music and I could have watched her for hours.
This was a lovely event attend and should it happen again next year, I'll definitely be back to look for more faeries.
